Cellular/PCS Network Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Perform continuous wave drive testing to determine simulated coverage
of proposed cell sites.
Provide post processing and plotting of drive test data.
Utilize planning and propagation tools.
Perform link budget analysis.
Coordinate optimization drive team(s) and work schedule(s).
Perform data collection utilizing Hewlett Packard & Grayson
Wireless Measurement hardware and software.
Assist RF engineers on system design, cell site integrations and
analyzing of optimization data.
Produce maps and plots for drop call locations.
Conduct site inspections.
Perform cell site audits.
