Broadband Installer
SUMMARY
Applies principles of broadband installation to set up residential
and commercial networks by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Experience in cabling, telephone, CATV, high-speed Internet and/or
satellite installations.
Analyzes technical information to fully complete basic and premium
installs.
Keeps legible and organized paperwork, e.g. installation details,
weekly invoices, etc.
Troubleshoots technical situations.
Performs wall fishes, cross connects, connections to the
tap/pedestal/ground block.
Recommends efficient procedures.
Possesses necessary tools and vehicle.
Good communications skills.
Good customer service and customer education.
Reliable, timely, dependable, honest.
Duration: Contract Work
